CAP, I'm out at this point. After reading the 10K, I don't understand why the preferred convertible BS. Studying the transaction will not make it better. I would be better off with the convertible preferred stock then my current common stock. I have purchased four real speculative stocks. This is the second bad loss I have taken. The other bad loss happened after some creative financing. I still own one speculative stock, but it doesn't have any creative financing. None on the horizon either. The bottom line is: Pioneer work was great. Technology appears sound. Financing sucks the value out of this stock. I will continue to follow this thread, and maybe purchase some stock in the future.
