I think lead prices are in the neighborhood of $0.25 per pound. $0.48-$0.49 is for zinc.

As for lead revenus paying for Clifton's silver... well all depends on where they will be mining. The current stuff that will be mined is in an open pit configuration and will cost $5-10 per ton. It is not clear what is the exact grade of this open pit material but lets use the mine average of a bit more than 5%. The value per ton is then some $28/ton of lead ... (let say $20 after recoveries), it is clear that the silver and more will be for free.

But when they start underground mining, the cost will be more like $40/ton. So here, silver will not be for free.
