The descendants are white Africaners. The old guard is older generation Africaners in the legal establishment and government departments. Lawyers cannot work for contingency fees in RSA by law. Descendants may have found sympathy in the old guard to assist in processing documents to validate ownership of the rights. If you know anything about RSA there is a secret society of Africaners that existed for many years that controlled the commerce in the country. Everyone looked after each other and squeezed out the English business groups. Black people had no rights to own land or businesses. The new generation of lawyers, black and white are committed to the future well being of the country in the same way the government is and are the group referred to in the earlier post I believe.

I have held my position and added to it on weakness as I believe that SUF is in good legal standing for a successful outcome to this obstacle.
