Dear Steve:

I have not read Vogel's report yet, but at this stage I am
sure that WCII is the only guaranteed winner in the fixed
broadband wireless area. If they can buy ARTT, they will
be in wonderful shape. The only trouble is that ARTT may not
come as cheap as they would have 9 months ago.
