Hi Don,
From today's news:
"TVO's Virtual Classroom, through the IDEAL system, delivers an integrated suite of services to sites throughout Ontario by a one-way video, two-way audio, two-way video and computer system. Students can see and hear their instructor live via satellite, and can use their phone interactive systems to answer multiple choice questions, ask questions, and communicate with the teacher/facilitator and other students - real time.

What interests me is that IDEAL doesn't seem to be using the technologies already available within Arel e.g. iFax/Phone which would provide integrated interactivity in one medium...on line or at worst in two media: on-line (via computer) and on television.
Also, I thought the person's name was Mora as well (as you just said, "Then you had difficulty spelling Mora Sela's name correctly.") but evidently from the email the person clarified name as being Mor
"Dear Ed,
Please let me correct you; my name is Mor."
I'm not saying the product is bad or necessarily inferior.
My point is: I simply don't understand why Arel doesn't integrate its technologies into a coherent DL product for students with computers (and ISPs), thus utilizing their iFax/Phone technologies, and for those with only TV and a phone, the current system reflects much of what is offered as technology in the DL market today.
