Just called the company. No news releases expected for tomorrow (I think I saw a reference somewhere to news tomorrow). However, AMEX is meeting with the company tomorrow to discuss their listing. As I discussed before, AMEX will more than likely request that ETPI mark down some more assets on their books which will have some, but not significant, impact on 1st quarter numbers. Company would still have more than enough assets to meet minimum requirements for listing and they expect an AMEX listing within 60 days.

Earnings are still projected to be significantly in the black. Every facet of the business is making money now. Sounds & Light division just distributed their military and civilian catalogs which will generate even more revenue and income.

Upcoming newsworthy events we can expect to see:

By May 15th: 1st quarter financials (should be VERY positive).

Next couple of weeks: Probably some sort of announcement regarding Amex decision to list.

Next couple of weeks: Major bank financing arrangement.

Next 30 days: Release noting progress of Chacho's restaurants (similar to release today regarding Hero's)

Next 60-90 days: Actual Amex listing

Next 90 days: Series of announcements regarding Stargate openings.

As you see, there's plenty to keep us going for the next few months.
