FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

NetVision Delivers Synchronicity for NT(tm)

Solving Customers Problems through Common Administration and Network
Management for NetWare(tm) 4 and Microsoft NT(tm) Network Systems.

Lindon, Utah - October 28, 1996 - Synchronicity for NT(tm), which recently
won the Best of Show award in the network and systems management category
at NetWorld + Interop in Atlanta, began shipping to customers this week.
"The demand and need for this product has been overwhelming", stated Todd
Lawson, President of NetVision. "Customers, resellers, and integrators are
actively downloading our software and have been waiting anxiously for us to
release the product. Our software has been through extensive beta testing
with many large accounts and we wanted to perform further testing with the
shipping versions of NetWare 4.11 (GreenRiver) and IntranetWare to ensure
the product's high quality before initial shipment ."

Synchronicity for NT(tm) solves one of the major problems companies are
facing today in managing their network systems comprised of both Novell
NetWare(r) and Microsoft NT(tm) systems. Users and group account
information, passwords, and policies can be synchronized and managed from a
central point of administration. Synchronicity for NT(tm) leverages the
power of Novell Directory Services(tm) as a distributed repository to allow
administrators to add, modify, and delete users and groups within the
Microsoft NT network from Novell's NWAdmin utility. Synchronicity for
NT(tm) also provides enhanced management and performance for managing
multiple Microsoft NT(tm) Domains.

"We have been evaluating Synchronicity for NT(tm) for a major client
deploying NetWare and NT across their entire company. Synchronicity for
NT(tm) has been the ideal solution to solve our problem in central
administration ," stated Matt Graves, Senior Consultant, Computer Task
Group Consulting. "This product has demonstrated how to seamlessly bring
two separate networking systems together to effectively be managed as one.
The savings in our time and headaches in going back and forth between both
systems has been the greatest benefit ."

Synchronicity for NT(tm) has been beta tested for over three months by
major companies and organizations, including KeyLabs in Provo, UT. Beta
customers have experienced significant savings in time and resources
through the use of the Synchronicity for NT product. "We have over 100
NetWare 4.x servers and about 70 Windows NT servers. Prior to
Synchronicity for NT, we have had to manage two separate networks - NetWare
and NT," stated Fergus Hammond of Adobe Systems, Inc. "Synchronicity for NT
is going to make our lives much easier here by allowing information in NDS
to be replicated in NT. The product documentation and experienced staff at
NetVision has given us a high level of confidence. Overall, the technical
support received from NetVision has been incredible."

NEW PRICING
As a result of extensive beta testing and customer feedback, pricing for
Synchronicity for NT(tm) has been changed to more accurately reflect
customer needs and network configurations. The new pricing reduces the
complexity and administration of licenses across Novell and Microsoft
network configurations. The Synchronicity for NT(tm) Starter Kit will
provide a 25 NT user license, 1 Novell NDS server license, and unlimited NT
server licenses for $995 US. The Starter Kit contains all the software and
documentation for both systems. Additional NT user licenses may be
purchased to meet the size and needs of customers. Additional NT user
licenses are sold in quantities of 10 ($300 US), 25 ($725 US), 50 ($1,400
US), 100 ($2,700 US), 500 ($13,000 US), and 1000 ($25,000 US). Additional
