Yes, you are absolutely right, bubbles always burst. I know a gent who said the very same thing four years ago, and stayed fully invested in GICs. He has one more year left to maturity date.
On the other hand I'd say: Go with the flow, but make sure you understand the downside risk when the dreaded moment comes.
