woe is me, woe is me, WOE is FRO

As a shareholder, I am very disappointed. I just called the FRO as a result of today's release on availability of local service in MD.

First off, the phone number published in the release wasn't the correct one, I was transferred. Second, the price quoted for local service was FAR higher than Bell Atlantic and FRO only offers a service that charges per call, not umlimited. Then they said thay might have a cheaper rate depending on what other services I might want but when I asked for a brochure/literature they didn't have any.

I realize they have to buy capacity from BA to resell, but after seeing the resultant price to customer I ask---why bother.

Obviously FRO isn't ready to sell this service so why launch now? It is just going to generate negative profits after customers look at costs compared to BA.

frustrated shareholder I am.......Bill
