I will put my trust in dry powder and not in lawyer one.
All lawyers are dirty rotten stinking scoundrels. With
a few important exceptions where they do an acceptable
job as long as you pay them.

All large dinosaurs eventually become extinct. It is
a rule of business. Adam Smith propounded it in the
Wealth of Nations. It was part of his argument for
a gov't that would not interfere in the capitalistic
process.

As to why in shares etc etc. I dunno. Ask him. He probably
does actually hold shares as those announcements are usually
a few months out of date and not accurate. BUT its up to
how he wants to play the risk. Its his money. I have been
through the directors and shares argument if they could be
accused of trading on inside or leaked information. Few who
want to doubt want to consider this but it is much more
important than those on the sidelines realize.

Every body in this business who plays stock knows its the
juniors you play. It's less real uncertainty. Risk is always
the same. Leverage is far greater.
