You have made it quite clear where you stand on this issue.

It is always easy to dance on the grave, after the fact.

I am actually looking for more than rhetoric. I am not married to this stock. My interest has soared as it has collapsed. The question is whether there are real, solid companies that will rise from this mess. I lean toward thinking there are, but we need to wait to see how deep the fraud is to make a meaningful commitment.

Again, I hear you loud and clear. But you seem to want to focus on Silverman. He seems to be a potential victim, rather than victimizer.

These types of plays have the greatest potential returns, after the purchases of embryonic growth stocks. I will try to continue to encourage discussion toward a yes or no purchase decision, rather than whether Silverman will take his place next to Buffett in the investor hall of fame. His entry pass was terminated today.
