What's the date for the offering? Does anybody know?

I suspect that you'll lose your money waiting for the bottom.

If you look at the option trading for NSCP in the last three months, you'll know there's tremendous amount of insider playing in equity option of the stock. Large amounts of call options at 45, 50, 55, 60 were bought in the 3 days immediately before release of the last earning report and positive outlook of the company, and right in that week, the stock went up to ~50 from ~40.

Look at how the Nov 40,45,50 calls were traded, and the Nov 45 calls were traded, you can draw the conclusion yourself that someone knows something are buying. The secondary offering price was set at 47, right now it's at ~46, will there be lots of positive comments coming out in the immediate future to raise the stock price? I suspect that there will be lots of positive news and upgrades from brokerage houses.

You might be better off to wait after the offering is over to short the stock.

Just a thought.
