How critical is customer support and training of the Level II providers? I've been checking out Cybercorp and MB Trading, both of which sound good (especially Cybercorp) and just came across PC Quote today, which seems to have the best variety of features along with better redundancy, I think. But I'm concerned that they don't have live customer support. Cybercorp seems to offer the most comprehensive training. Any thoughts on either point?
