Bateh, I think you misunderstand the 50% number.

It IS NOT 50% of all computer now come with a Zip built in. It is that 50% of all Zip drives that Iomega sold were shipped to OEM's. This figure should still be well below 10% Zip inclusion of all computers made.

This figure suggests that retail shipments are decreasing, and OEM shipments could be the same as last time- not increasing.
