Annual Meeting Reset for 11/22. According to North Lily's IR: The meeting opened as scheduled on Oct. 25th and voting took place. Items 1 (election of board members) and 2 (approval of reverse 1-10 split) passed. However, a quorum of votes was not reached for items 3-6. These were: 3. acquire Tamarine 4. adopt stock option plan 5. adopt restricted stock plan 6. approve creation of preferred stock The North Lily woman I spoke with said none of the items would take effect until after all voting, and noted that the quorum problem was due to the large number of shares held in street names and the failure of these shares to be voted. I didn't attend the meeting and can't make the rescheduled one either. Did anyone make it? AK
