Calling NSCP a 3rd-tier internet performer is my own subjective viewpoint. I am an expert in these areas. It's fine if you don't agree. Just so you know... 1st tier: YHOO XCIT CMGI AOL AMZN DCLK 2nd tier: LCOS VRSN MSPG ELNK 3rd tier: NSCP SEEK PTVL SPLN ONSL THNK CKSG OZEMY CDNW RNWK 4th tier: RMII CNWK GNET NTKI Bottom: SPYG IFLY KTEL KTWO, and all the other junk that runs up just because they say "internet." This of course is not a respective sample and not a comprehensive listing. Also, many companies may actually fall somewhere in between. Basically, when the internet mania is over, the higher-tier stocks will go down less than the lower-tier stocks. That is my main criteria in classifying them, projecting where these stocks will eventually end up.
