Melviticus, What I was trying to say is that I think we will see news on a written agreement from ATXI / FAMH once they have come to terms.

If they reach a agreement, it is possible that we could see the agreement before April 30th. If the final agreement is not nailed down until April 30th, then we might see news on the agreement within a week or so after April 30th.

I wanted to indicate that just because the two parties are supposed to come to a definitive agreement by April 30th, that does NOT mean we will have to see a press release by April 30th.

I can just hear some of the posters now, if a press release is not out by April 30th, yap, yap ,yap. I just hope that we will all keep our expectations realistic and not be demanding of a press release by April 30th.
