Richard, no offense taken, I assure you. Anyway, Massie said, pretty emphatically I might add, that there would be no action taken. I'm not a speedy typist, so briefly: they have no a/r exposure to Zenith. The new CFO plans to aggressively implement quicker turnover of a/r. They are experiencing strong new product demand. Acquisition is for bi-directional capability. Expect more OEM deals. they have no.1 product and continuing r+d to maintain leadership. He was very no-nonsense and forthcoming. Plan is in place to have first rate shareholder relations going forward with apology for past( due to workload considerations from CFO departure). BTW I did post about warrants in #90.
