I am not going to address the issues of the court hearing, since I have no responsibility or authority in the matter. PLEASE INTEGRATE THAT INTO YOUR MIND. Your attempt at baiting are really in poor taste and useless since I have explained my position in this company multiple times. Look, I have made some lousy investment decisions as well as lousy employment decisions, but in those cases the responsibility was mine. Do you not know the terms of the court case? You a lawyer? Do you not have a representative at the court? Did you not dun the board to send money to another lawyer? Is he giving you the wrong answer? Your inability to acknowledge who is really responsible for the IMS case in court speaks volumes to ME. Your venting in my direction might make you feel good, but I find it tedius and boring. And, yes, one can duplicate the IMS lib for about 500k. You can verify that by consulting any number of contract engineer groups. Frank
