I do NOT understand why Wenger was indicted. He usually made it very clear that he was paid either in stock or cash by the companies whose management that he had on his program and that he recommended. Moreover, he usually aid that he was a "consultant" for the company, anyone with a modicum of intelligence would realize that he would not be consulting for free.
