Thanks for the info. I was expecting news this week per npec mgt's previous statements. You're right, timing is everything. I'm giving it about 45 more days and I'll be cycling out if no progress. I'll be reducing my position regardless. Hopefully, we'll see some upward movement before then. The price is right. I liked it at .25, I love it at .05; but my dance card is full for now. Mike W
