I heard third hand but through a chain that sounds quite reliable)that Phizer made a presentation to doctors several days ago and indicated Viagra sales of $180 mil with $400 mil shipped. They shouldn't be telling doctors this if they woun't even tell their shareholders. If the $140 mil number is correct it looks like someone was exaggerating. Separately Phizer's IR spokesperson told me the drug is easy (cheap to manufacture) and that Phizer believes they will be able to meet demand. Also said initial sales will be positivel;y impacted by people trying the drug and negatively impacted by a lot of samples being given to doctors (wonder if they make it to the patients).
