Brooke, one option to consider is adding to your scan the following:

(Fml( "DAHL-s" ) >Ref(Fml( "DAHL-s" ) ,-1) OR Fml( "DAHL-var" ) >Ref( Fml( "DAHL-var" ),-1))

I have a good example of how this helped. Last night, I looked at BORL, and everything looked good in my scan, except for Dahl, using a simple moving average. However, with a variable moving average, Dahl was starting to point up, and also was much lower on the chart, giving me more running room. Richard himself, first suggested using a variable moving average, and then said in a later post simple, and then said in another post, you can change the type of moving average, but not the number of days:

ps, I bought BORL first thing this morning, and it went up!
