KEYZ already tried a cheap trick this morning during pre market jockying. When other MM's were raising and lowering the bid in increments of 1/4 or so around 21 to 22, all of a sudden KEYZ jumps the bid to 25. He was obviously trying to get some buyers at a much higher number. I don't know how NASDAQ or the SEC views this sort of thing, but it should not be allowed.
