Hello, John and all. Just listened a replay of VRLK CC. Here is what I can remember.

* For the next quarter or two, revenue will grow by about 5-10%. However, operating expenses will also grow so a slight loss is still expected for the next q. Expected to achieve profitability in the fiscal year 99, which starts from the second half of 1998 calendar year. R&D expenses will continue to be high for the next Q.

* For the 1999 fiscal year, operating expenses will remain flat.

* Sales to MCI and WCOM are still low but could be better next Q.

* Wirelss related sales to Nortel and QCOM counts for 45% of the sales this Q.

* More new product releases in the coming quarters. HDSL is in trial use this Q and will be in volume shipment next Q.

If anyone have any corrections or additions, please do so.

Regards,
Baoho
