You'all seem rather dismissive about the Coherent DUV announcement. Does this attitude derive from knowledge or ignorance? My sense is that COHR is a big, real-live laser company. They have a lot of free cash flow. In contrast CYMI appears to be a one trick pony. To capture the DUV game, why wouldn't you bet on both solutions?
