Adrian; That certainly puts a good spin on the day. It augurs well for your case. One wonders why they and live and publish in Florida, of all places. Because if they are the recipients of a huge judgement they can go bankrupt and keep their house, cars etc and all kinds of 'homestead' assets. This law was intended to stop farmers and homesteaders from being evicted by judgements/bankruptcies in the 30's recession by northern carpetbaggers. The richer criminal class have all made their legal residency Florida, and people with homes worth many millions have gone broke and stayed on there. Of course their cash is in an island hideaway.Asensio has residency there. I wonder if you can get them under the RICO statutes, now you have a win against them.
They will go to jail if they lose that RICO case. On the face of it they did conspire and recent RICO rulings have been quite broad.
This class includes all those you and the Sun have sued.
What it means is you may never get a penny from them unless you can get them to appeal and the judge makes them post a surety. It is almost certain they will not appeal, and you will not collect any money. But from this day forth you can refer to him as the gulty party.

Make sure you do not libel him, he will sue and he can collect unless you too move to Florida.
