He's a message from Yahoo that I was directed to >> West America Corp. will take possession next month of the property bordering Disney World in Orlando Fla. On this property they will create a 700 unit, top of the line time share resort, built around a championship golf course. Profits are expected to be 188 million over the next ten years. With less than 20 million shares outstanding and profits of almost 19 million per year, WACC would have to go from it's current price of .06 to about one dollar just to have a P/E ratio of one to one. This stock will take off within one month, it should be easy for this stock to be a 100 Bagger Plus.
