I don't think so Marge, AFTER THE BELL - Excite eases after earnings

NEW YORK, April 16 (Reuters) - Shares of Excite Inc. fell in after-hours trade Thursday after the Internet search products
company reported quarterly earnings.

Excite shares fell to 87-3/16 from a close of 91-1/8. They had risen 8-1/8 during the regular trading session.

After markets closed, Excite reported basic and diluted first-quarter loss a share of $0.34 and a pro forma loss of $0.28. A
consensus estimate of analysts compiled by First Call had put the loss at $0.35 a share.

Excite later moved higher to 87-1/2.

Yahoo Inc. (YHOO - news) dropped to 127 against a 128-25/64 close. Yahoo had risen 10-13/64 during the regular
session.

Iomega Corp. (IOM - news) fell to 7-1/8 from a 7-7/16 close after it reported a first-quarter diluted loss a share of $0.07
against a profit of $0.08 for the same period a year before.

The First Call estimate was for a loss of $0.06 a share.

Sun Microsystems Inc. (SUNW - news) eased to 40-7/8 from a close of 40-15/16 after the company reported third-quarter
diluted earnings a share of $0.59 against $0.58 for the year-ago period. The First Call estimate was $0.58 a share.

Lam Research Corp. (LRCX - news) rose slightly to 30 from a close of 29-7/8 after it reported a loss of $0.13 a share
excluding charges against a loss of $0.13 for the year-ago period.

Argentine bottler Buenos Aires Embotelladora (BAE - news) continued to be unavailable on the New York Stock Exchange.

The exchange said first session trading volume was 854,400 compared with 572,200 Tuesday. Session two volume was 3.3
million compared with 7.2 million Tuesday.
