Mike I am not giving up on anything... all options are available. Look when I talked to Jack it wasnt a nicey nice talk... we got down to hard ball and came to an understanding. WOTD is re-thinking things because they underestimated the situation, between the news and the level of experience, intellenge of CVIA shareholders,and the reaction it triggered on the market. They are doing damage control and will try to set things right with the share holders. I dont know how, JAck didnt tell me the inner working details. But I would rather give them a chance to work this out until April 30 Than write a $XXXX lawyers retainer check. I dont just walk around looking for people to sue this is serious when thats the only recourse to be had. KAA
