Sure it matters. But, it is awfully difficult for the small investor to be heard. To the powers that be, some of us are only nuisances and are easily dismissed. But what about Intel themselves - don't they have an obligation to protect all their investors?

Do you see this type of activity ever happening to Coca Cola? If you read the headlines for any Coca Cola earnings report they always begin in bold letters with something very positive about the earnings period (as an example):

Coke Reports fantastic 87% earnings increases in certain markets. While Andorra saw huge (87%) earnings increase the rest of Europe reported 6.85% increase and....

I just don't thinks this is only my imagination.
