I was referring to the Virgin Island Corp. in the earlier post. I don't think the former Leesha Holdings would have the advantages that re-incorporating gave them. While they have China corp subsidiaries, the Holding company is a foreign corp.

Whatever that does to the taxes and other factors. I've made my total contribution to a tax discussion in finding and posting the two totally confusing paragraphs. It may help (or further confuse) that Jetcrown has it's operations in Shenzhen while Kwanasia and Kwanta are in Dongguan.
