*** A VERY LONG WINDED POSTING***

Hello! Mike,

You mentioned on your previous posting that you were sorry that you questioned my integrity yesterday! Your comments are duly noted and accepted in the spirit in which they were given.

You indicated that I should feel more betrayed than the rest of us!

I'm not sure why, but I sometimes tend to look at situations in a different light then some people. I'm not judging it, ( I'm not saying my approach is right, wrong or indifferent)--I just like to think ( maybe hope is the bettor word)--that tomorrow is a new day, and if I am fortunate enough to have another new day to wake up to, then hopefully I will be able to use life's previous experiences to accept what I can't change, and change what I am capable of changing.

The participants on the various investment threads are made up of several unique individuals, with many and various talents!--In my opinion, each and everyone one of us are going to be right some of the time---and on other occassions each and everyone of us will be wrong some of the time! ( JMO!)

I have had experiences in my life recently which have reinforced to me that life is a very precious and vulnerable gift.

Although possibly a naieve outlook, I like to think that in most cases, given a chance for a clean slate, every person would rather be honest with their fellow human beings than otherwise! ( Like I said, it is possible that I am naieve!---but! if I am, so be it, I'm almost 50, and most likely I won't be changing my stripes at this point in my life!)....

Personally! I really and truly enjoy interacting with other individuals!

It's my view that we all would like to do our best all the time, but in this world there are so many factors pulling at us, that at times other distractions get in our way of striving to improve our current situation.

So! I tend to take people at face value! If I meet or speak to someone for the first time, and they appear, kind, approachable, considerate and courteous, I tend to have a good feeling about them, and unless some obvious red flags appear evident, then I have made up my instant evaluation of this first contact! ( And when I say evaluation, I certainly do not possess any special training or qualifications to bettor understand any individual then any one else in life!).....

From the first moment that I communicated with Jack Arnold, I felt that he had the nature and style that I felt comfortable with and felt I wanted to risk some investment dollars betting on the possability that Jack Arnold could save a piece of the CVIA Pie.......

In the last 48 hours, the lid appears to have popped off the top of the can!----Some verbal and written comments have been directed my way , and rather than try and respond to angry individuals, that in all probability are or were in the same boat as me ( CVIA Shareholders!)
I decided to let everyone vent the comments that they felt were appropriate for them! ( Just like the Do what is right for you scenario!)

Then when I saw a few comments that I felt were getting a little out of line, I responded as I felt appropriate! ( In my own opinion!)

In the days and weeks to come, I am hoping that more information and details are released so that we can all get a bettor understanding of where the CVIA Scenario is headed.

So many opinions have been expressed on this and other threads regarding CVIA that at times for me, it was close to overwhelming.

I have spent a great deal of time, reading , watching, following the pattern of the thread postings develop ----and then it dawned on me,
why do I feel the need to stay on this every minute----other than from a perspective as an interested shareholder-I am but one of many hundreds or thousands of people following the CVIA Saga.

As many people have clearly reminded me ( also by private e-mail) that my opinion means squat-I imagine that means nothing ( I checked with one of my children)....

I was thinking to myself, if I could magically push a button and have all the money I could ever want just fall from the sky on me, and then moments after someone asked me the question what do I think of Jack Arnold!-----It would be the same as if I did not have a penny to my name!-----Without knowing the final outcome to the CVIA Saga ( And in my opinion--I haven't heard anyone singing yet!)---I will still say that Jack Arnold is a person of character, has been constantly approachable by the CVIA Shareholders ( from Day One!) and continues to be accessable to the CVIA Shareholders during these challenging times!

If it sounds like I have a high regard for Jack Arnold--then the assumption is correct!----Now! As time passes and the details unfold, the possiblity does exist that my impression of CVIA and Jack Arnold could change, but personally if my opinion does change towards Jack , then I'm hoping that it will be in a more favourable venue.

I admit that the 300 to 1 ratio is not one that I personally would have selected ( not even close) but at the same time I am not privy
to the elements or perameters or confines that Jack had to work within in his efforts to bring some significant value back into CVIA .

What appears to have happened is a "WAKE UP CALL" has been issued to all! Shareholders, CVIA and WOTD Representatives, announcing that this is not a simple deal to understand , or to understand how the current and long standing CVIA Shareholders will acquire some meaningful value to their CVIA Investment!

Of course if I knew the answer to those questions, I would be sitting here covered in money, but since I'm not, I will have to decide what the next steps for me are required to give myself the reassurance that I have done what is right for me in this investment venture.

I have already speculated or at least anticipated that several shareholders have expressed their feelings, impressions and opinions to Jack Arnold, over the past few days!

And, subsequently, I would have expected that Jack Arnold would have taken good notes, and addressed the expressed concerns of the CVIA Shareholders to and with the WOTD Representatives!

Earlier today, ( and this is just my opinion) I sensed that feedback from KAA, and others, were starting to show a positive flow! ( As I said just my opinion)...--Not intended to give a feeling of false hope.....

Mike, other than seeing the CVIA Share price currently trading at a level lower then most of us had hoped to see at this time, in my opinion, I can not say that I have been betrayed, until , if, as and when I see all the final data , information and documentation, as well as some time gone by, to then re-evaluate my investment ( if I decide to hold for the longer term) based on future development within the company.

I realize that this was a very long winded posting, I initially had not intended on posting it, but since you demonstrated a certain quality to your character in responding to me in a way by accepting reasponsibility for your actions/ intentions, I felt that I could also recipericate by sharing my views with you!

KAA! I did want to publically acknowledge your efforts in defending
the honor of this thread and it's participants and am personally glad to see that you selected/ elected to discuss your concerns directly with Jack Arnold.

Time will eventually tell us more!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
