Frank, It matters little to me whether you believe anything about me, though I have been extremely forthcoming as to who I am. The information I have posted has been accurate and timely. What have you offered to the thread recently? You and a few of your associates are more interested in attacking me for stating facts and providing actual useful information, than offering anything constructive yourselves. Questions: 1. How many units has BTC placed and what new revenue will this bring in to AGTI? 2. What amount of revenue will come to AGTI from the units transferred to BTC? 3. How many MaxLite units have been shipped to K & B? 4. Why did the company reduce the option priced of managements shares from $.26 - $.30 per share down to less than $.06 per share? I have previously stated that the new management is a good move, though I do not have any personal information regarding the new team. Something to think about. If you were a hall manager making a big decision about installing new technology, would you be interested in the financial stability of the various vendors? tgs59
