Anyone know if the company is going to release a statement detailing the structure of the JV as it concerns the Lowry Mine? Is it none, if the 1.5 Reg S financing supports the Lowry operation?
SOunds to me like the company had something going on at this site, excited some investors, and are now looking for nuggets the size of grapefruits. Only ??? is if 1.5 million could last to "drift" around hard rock. Or is the JV supplementing this mine as well?
Everyone should remember some stats as they plan this investment... I rely on this to keep me a float in this Titanic:
BCMD---- will have ~55,000,000 shares on the market
NEM----~156,000,000 shares
ABX----~372,000,000 shares
RYO----~130,000,000 shares
AU----~130,000,000 shares
This list goes on and on. DOn't worry about dilution... think about production.
