My belief is that too many long term disappointed holder of the stock wanted to get out. By the look of things, this company knows its going nowhere with what they have been doing and is looking for some quick stock appreciation by transforming itself into an internet company. Like some of you have said, this is rare medium's ipo and I am sure the management will do its utmost to let the investment community know. For those who got out, I think its time to reevaluate
and get back in. Now that the daytraders are gone from the stock, it should begin a slow ascent towards new highs.
