I agree with you on the potential value of the stock, but your analysis of IBM settling is flawed. For all we know, IBM settled with GIFT for $1.00, just so GIFT could use their name as a "licensee". Yes, this is a bit cynical, but it could be true. As the details of the settlement were never revealed. David
