Dont think so TG... after speaking with Jack Arnold, I got the feeling they (WOTD) are a little shell shocked from this 48 hour firestorm it has set off. Basically I am not going to second guess their motives, but I think they are searching for a way to make things right with the Current and past CVIA shareholders. I think they realized they underestimated the loyalty and intellegence of the shareholders and quickly realized we arent just a bunch of day traders and horse track gamblers... but investors. With us being intellegent investors they know there is no way they can get and sustain a NASDAC listing without our co operation, so it is in their best interest and self preservation, to make things right with us, I do not know how they intend to do it, but this was expressly addressed by Jack Arnold. I think WOTD moved the signing date back to April 30 to buy a little more time and to come back and offer us a better deal. Because they now know without our support, they are going to have on hell of a problem on their hands. KAA
