"Chairman Walter Forbes cleared out 300,000 shares. Director Martin Edelman sold 50,000 shares, decreasing his actionable position by 40%. Director Bartlett Burnap shaved 700,000 shares, or 20% of his actionable position. President & CEO Henry Silverman, who holds 46,300,002 shares, sold 1,700,000 shares. Senior VP & General Counsel James Buckman dropped 300,000 shares -- a larger sale than any he made while an officer at HFS since 1992. Vice Chairman John Snodgrass, and former HFS president, sold 300,000 shares and filed to sell an additional 300,000 shares. Like Buckman's sale, this offloading of shares was greater than any Snodgrass made during his time at HFS." |
