Inter-Continental Services Announces New Agreement

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 1998-- Inter-Continental Services Corp. (Nasdaq BB:ICSV -
news) Tuesday announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the assets of the Meyer Group Limited.

Inter-Continental Services will acquire these assets in exchange for stock. The exact number of shares will be established
following an audit of the Meyer Group that should be completed about May 1, 1998.

Inter-Continental Services shareholders will be asked to approve the transaction at their annual meeting that will be
rescheduling after completion of the audit.

The Meyer Group Limited is a privately held company in the rapidly growing telecommunications industry. Their principal
businesses include the Access Medical Systems Div. that provides electronic claims processing and other telecommunications
services to the medical industry and the American Telecommunications Div. that holds an FCC section 214 license and
provides both wholesale and retail long distance services.
