No, the big story is negative cash flow, current and future, as well as what management called a critical inventory problem. How critical? Well, when you have negative cash flow going forward, and it's your inventory that's the critical problem, then you as a reseller should know just how sick a company IOM is. Why is this sick company worth anything more than one and one half times sales, which would put it well below five dollars?
