I know of no direct relationship between Arcon and Tosco Jay but if you read the Tosco release it states the demand for alternative fuels because of MTBE. Arcon will be a provider for that market both here and abroad. Hence, Arcon "INTERNATIONAL" Inc., and the international patents. Do some more DD and the picture will become clear. Good luck, Earl
