I called investor relations, but no answer yet. I was hoping somebody else would have gotten through, and would have some info.

I have no idea why the stock is dropping, the possibility exists that some insider info is present that we don't know about. In my opinion, the company should have made an announcement a while ago if some negative news was known, as the last financial comment by the company on record is that the next quarter will be profitable even with teh 4M$ lawsuit settlement.
