You may be aware that Antec and TSX Corp. were in discussions on combining their companies. 10/28 they issued a release agreeing to a merger, with TSX (NASDAQ TSXX) shareholders getting Antec shares for their TSX shares on a 1:1 basis. I'm sure this had something to do wiith the price drop (certainly after 10/28) because TSX was trading below ANTC's price. I bought TSX just before the announcement. Both are rebounding, though. Rob
