Dave,

Hard to say what's been causing this slow decline in OSTE. It's relative strength according to IBD's rankings has dropped some. Current market conditions are not favorable to stocks in general.

I wouldn't buy this one until:
a) Earnings are announced.
b) this stock picks up some strength on the upside.

FWIW I think this company has a good product. I have a small position in this stock.
