The volume of 30M shares traded today told me the stock should go higher. I believe the institutional investors are buying.

Actually, yesterday's volume is accounted for primarily by a flood of trades between 100 and 5000 shares. It's more likely that the same people buying YHOO et al are using their paper profits to buy NSCP. Nevertheless, the upside potential is greater this way, as has been witnessed.
