William: The only news on WCII other that the convertible debt issue announced last week was one anlaysts comment made on Oct. 9. the analyst from Unterberg Harris said he knew of no fundamental reason why WCII would be posting big losses other than profit taking. The debt issue is an overhang over the stock now. I have heard that as many as 6 mill. new shares may be issued as a result of the issue. I also believe that technically the stock will find strong support at around $12-$13. Vartan
