My guess is that ISCV and Meyer Group are doing a reverse merger -- the easy way for the Meyer Group to become public. ISCV buys Meyer Group, Meyer Group assumes control. I think the same thing was done by GNNX. FAMH is doing it to Atrix right now. GNNX's investment banker, Dutch Associates, Inc, specializes in reverse mergers: dutchassociates.com
