Thanks for the source on where the 1500 rep number came from. However, I highly doubt that number, unless they're including some huge numbers from the distributor.

Their solution is extremely easy to demonstrate and install. The problem is with the paperwork and convincing merchants to convert over. Their rates are compeititive for mom & pop operations. It will take a ton of effort to sign up tens of thousands of units in this manner. For the large volumes, they will need to sign up large chains and that ain't going to happen profitably for them.

I checked out their revenue source - 1.65% + 18 cents per transaction. Of that 90% goes to Nova. That leaves 10% of that tiny amount for USWDA. Factor in their cost of equipment, etc. and it's going to take a min of 3 years before they can break even on a unit. Can/Will they survive that long? Need deep pockets for that.
