Murray, sometimes I hope that a plain warning will help small investors get back to fundamentals and forget the hype. Wishful thinking on my part? Maybe. Let me do a little bit of work for you guys since some of you do not seem interested in doing their homework before investing. The Year 2000 software companies have been "in favour" lately. This has attracted a lot of lazy and unscrupulous promoters wishing to ride the wave and make a fast buck. The bubble here in the US has already started to deflate. This phenomena happened here in 1993 with the gaming stocks and in 1996 with the Internet stocks. Reality ALWAYS set-in at one stage.

Down 80%? What do I mean by that?

Look at GPW's comparables:

Peritus (PTUS) $6.05 down from $29.15 in October or $16.00 a month ago.

Viasoft (VIAS) $16.60 down from $51.50 in October or $32.00 a month ago.

I won't even mention Forecross which is pure promotion and has been badly beaten up lately.

Should I go on? I will let you calculate the percentages. I can't do all the work for you guys.
